Breakers is roughly 300 yards from the surfing beach of Northcott Mouth. The house is surrounded by National Trust land so it's ideal for getting to the beach or going for walks along the coast

RATES
£100 a night all year round except during 1st jun - 30th sept when it's £140 a night
There is a cleaning surcharge of £70 on lets of less than six days.
A deposit is required with each booking. It is 30% of the full cost of the let (e.g. 4 day let = £400 + £70 = £470, deposit is 30% of £470 which is £141)
